4 - THE VITAL CAREGIVER

This card represents the strong inner core that must be attended to. It is our non-birth parent that provides us the understanding that we are separate from the one that gestated us. It is the development of our own sense of agency for it helps us recognize "the other", which allows us to navigate into the world with assistance and support. It is the center root of the tree. The foundation that holds. The stabilizing force that comes from knowing one’s own truth versus the outer world. It wavers very little, it observes but isn’t persuaded by dramatic flair or fanciful speech. It supports us to navigate out and remain focused on keeping the center steady.
